S8900 Automatic Channel Letter Bending Machine

TPS-S8900 automatic letter bending machine is conducted a comprehensive upgrade based on TPS-S8710. Based on design of precise mechanical structure, it adopts closed loop control system, cylinder clamping, double screw alternating precise feeding, V-shaped slotting and unique telescoping alternating bending. With TPS independent research and development software of metal letter bending control, it has features of large feeding torque, high precision and accurate bending forming, which is suitable for precise processing of materials with high edge and thick plate. It is preferred high-end output equipment for high-grade small landscape LED letters, stainless letters, punching letters and resin letters. It can also be equipped with function of punching side holes as optional part, which greatly improves installation efficiency of luminous bottom plate.
