S2+ digital cutting machine

Digital auto-feed flatbed cutter S2+ 4060/6090 is adhering to the design concept of rapidity, stability, intelligence, environmental protection and high efficiency. • Digital cutting machine model S2+6090 is upgraded from S2+4060 with additional tool module, which makes it possible to use electric oscillating tool, drag tool, v-cut tool, perforating tool,etc on it. TPS Automation researched and developed CAM software independently which prevents overcut at inner angles to recover graphic outline maximally.
• The pressure of pneumatic creasing tool is up to 0.4Mpa, which applies to cardboard more than 400GSM.
• Kiss-cut tool can do full cut or kiss-cut on thin and soft materials such as sticker, vinyl and cardboard at high precision and high speed. The cutting performance is pretty good.
• LED device in edge-finding and positioning system ensures HD CCD camera read registration marks under insufficient light and nested cut precisely.
• Collection tray makes it convenient to collect finished products automatically.

Passive cutting tool

Two passive cutting tool with holder included. Half through cutting tool on label, sticker, vinyl, etc. Through cut tool to make through cutting on cardboard, vinyl, stickers, car stickers, reflective film, etc.

Creasing wheel tool

Develop according to special industries, the pressure can reach 4 kg, the indentation is clear and easy to fold. Crease corrugated and non-corrugated cardboard as well as some corrugated plastics, foam boards and thin plastics.

UCT is a none motor – driven tools which is perfect for through cutting material at high speed. Suitable for soft material ≤5mm

Electric oscillating tool

Electric oscillating tool cuts through material according to the theory of ultra-frequency oscillation. It is equipped with multiple amplitude knifes for different materials, which ensures high speed, efficiency and quality. Electric oscillating tool make it possible to cut material up to Included tool 10mm

V-cut tool

The V-cut Tool is the perfect tool for producing complex structural designs from foam-core or sandwich board materials.

Roll material loading device

Roll material holder which can realize automatic feeding and continuous cutting from roll to sheet.
