1.Cutting module
Two universal cutting heads apply to different cutting tools and one individual 1.8kw router head.
2.HD camera
High resolution Hikvision industrial camera.(1)FPS:173.(2)Interface:Gigabit Ethenet.(3)FA camera lens.
3.Laser distance detector
The flatness of tabletop is detected by a high-precision Japan made distance detector,and the tabletop is corected in real timeoy software toavoid the inconsistent cuting depth caused by the inconsistency between the tabletop and the tool drop,ensuring perfect cuting result.The sensorcould be also used to detect the thickness and shape of the diferent objects.
4.Safety anti-collision system
Equipped with safety ight curtain sensors and mechanical anti-colision mechanism to prevent the device from damagind personnel during high-speed moving.
5.Automatic knife installation /AKI
Pressure sensitive and laser sensitive automaticknife initialztion tool makes changing knife blades and router bits much saferand faster becauseoperator errors in connection with such changes are eliminated.
6.Automatic router bit changer/ARC
×9 cutter is equipped with a pneumatic clamping system.Together with the ARC,it can hold up to 9 router bits,which enables fully automatedrouting even with jobs that require different bit types and diameters.
7.Router module
1.8kw router module with speed of up to 60000 RPM,water cooling and air cooling,pneumatic clamping system,dust extraction ensures cleanworking conditions and impeccable edge quality.
